Gibertini’s hydrostatic balances – SuperAlcomat and DensiAlcomat – are designed to determine the alcoholic strength by volume (ASV) in the distillates of wine and spirits. The readout of alcoholic strength by volume from 0.13 to 99.98% ASV is shown on a large LCD screen, showing simultaneously the temperature, density at 20° C and other parameters. Musts evaluations include Baumé, Babo, Brix and Oechsle degrees. More info

Gibertini's SO2 meter is an automatic titrator for the determination of the total and the free Sulphur dioxide (SO2) content in white, rosé, red wine and musts in the range of 1 to 300 mg/liter. It allows to extract and bond free sulphurous dioxide from wine into a water-like, colourless solution which can then be titrated with the SO2 gravimeter. More info

Gibertini's multiparametric analyzers – Winematic and Wineflow – are designed for the proper control of the vinification processes. On the base of enzymatic reactions a high number of parameters are analyzable. All devices are compliant with OIV resolutions.

Gibertini’s latest generation of multiparametric analyzers can analyze up to 60 samples per hour and run up to 120 tests per hour. The systems work fully automatically and perform test on up to 13 parameters at the same time. More info

Gibertini's distilling units for the determination of the alcoholic strength by volume in wines, musts and spirits and of the volatile acidity according to the official method of OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine). Units are equipped with an intelligent control panel and an integrated steam generator with cartridge for demineralization and direct connection to the water tap, so that distilled water is no longer required. The execution time for wine (100 ml) is approximately 3 to 4 minutes. More info

Gibertini’s CHILLER is particularly suitable for oenological laboratories and compatible with oenochemical distilling units such as the Super Dee. It can be used as a thermostatic bath and includes accurate thermoregulation (± 0.1°C). Due to its pump for effective transfer of thermostatic liquid, it can easily be used for temperature control of other devices, including microscopes and refractometers. More info
